  • If you have forgotten your PIN number, your PIN number isn't accepted or if you have exceeded the number of allowable attempts, please contact the Information Services Help Desk at 330-672-Help (4357). Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 11:30pm.  If you need assistance with your Pin, on the week-end prior to the grading dead-line, email helpdesk@kent.edu   for the pin reset. We will only send the Pin number to an kent.edu account.
  • Please report any connection problems to the Information Services Help Desk at helpdesk@kent.edu or call the Help Desk at 330-672-HELP (4357).
  • This is pertinent to those who have both faculty and student status.
    If you change your PIN in WFS, it will synchronize your PIN in WFFA to that same number, so that both will be the same.
    Conversely, if you change your PIN in WFFA, it will synchronize your PIN in WFS to that same number, so that both will be the same.
